The POS is fully integrated with other activities. You can convert existing Quotes into Orders or convert an Order into a Quote (in case the customer decides not to go ahead with the transaction immediately).

To monitor the effectiveness of your marketing activities, you can inquire and reference the Marketing Campaign directly or indirectly (e.g. via coupons or discount vouchers). This allows you to compare the bottom line results of different marketing channels and marketing alternatives over time.

You can monitor and compare the sales activities (volume and value) over time and for different product categories or customer groups. In addition to compare this information of different branches, you can monitor the effectiveness of the individual sales representatives and use this information for incentive programs or for calculating commission.

The POS Software is complemented by the Web Store allowing customers to order on the web and receive the shipped goods - or pick them up in your store. Your customers can also view their orders, invoices and track their shipments.
